PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

This page describes the characteristics of the processing of personal data of users (the “Users”) of the site: www.nicton.global (the “Site”).
The information you find on this page does not apply to sites, apps and third-party content of any kind, even if accessible from the site by clicking on links present in it.

2. Purposes of processing your personal data
Your personal data will be processed for one or several of the following purposes, depending on the scope of expressed consent:
  • conclusion and implementation of the contract and order, delivery,
  • presenting the offer and conducting negotiations before the conclusion of the contract, placing an order,
  • sending commercial information by e-mail or telephone,
  • direct marketing of own products and services (Administrator uses profiling process in order to implement marketing activities),
  • subscription to the newsletter,
  • realization of the complaint/ warranty service,
  • participation in promotions, loyalty programs, contests,
  • defend against claims and pursue possible claims,
  • pursuing a legitimate interest, including for the purpose of business planning,
  • conducting the recruitment process.
We process your personal data in accordance with the law, i.e. based on:
  • 6 par. 1 let. a, let. b, let. c and let. f of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016;
  • your consent to the processing of data expressed at providing the data;
  • subscription to news or distribution material (if allowed by the site’s interface);
  • filling in the user's phone number and mail in a pop-up or static window on the site.

3. The period of storage of personal data
Your personal data will be stored by us until the purpose of processing is terminated, including the legitimate interest pursued by the administrator, i.e. contract execution, order, completion of business planning, termination of complaint services or until the consent or removal request is revoked from subscribing to the newsletter, however, in accordance with the period resulting from the law. After this time, your data will be permanently deleted.

4. Recipients of personal data
The recipients of your personal data will be the only entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities cooperating in the processing purposes with which the Administrator has entrusted the contract to process personal data or external services (eg. carriers, forwarders, entities providing software necessary for the implementation of marketing and sales activities).

5. Your rights related to the processing of personal data
You have the right to request:
  • access to personal data,
  • correcting personal data,
  • deletion of personal data,
  • processing restrictions,
  • raise objections to the processing,
  • data transfer,
  • withdrawal of consent for processing at any time.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory body that deals with the protection of personal data, i.e. to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

6. The obligation to provide data
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to enter into a contract, inability to participate in the promotion, newsletter subscription, participation in negotiation, receiving marketing offers, and participation in surveys.
